The intellectual and industrial property rights associated with the creative, educational, and commercial universe known as NeoRejuvenation® (including works, methodologies, training materials, trademarks, and other intangible assets) are owned by:

2. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of the Website is to provide information, access, and, where applicable, the marketing and distribution of educational content, digital materials, training programs, methodologies, audiovisual works, publications, and other content related to NeoRejuvenation® or the work of Antonio Moll.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, written works, training materials, methodologies, videos, audios, images, designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, domains, software, course structures, scripts, reels, promotional materials, and any other elements subject to protection, are owned by the Intellectual Property Owner or used under proper authorization/license.

The Operator holds a license to use and commercially exploit such rights for operational, marketing, distribution, and service provision purposes, without implying any transfer of ownership or title to the Intellectual Property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction, resale, exploitation, or use, in whole or in part, of the Website content is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of the Intellectual Property Owner or, where applicable, the Operator within the scope of the relevant license.

4. Authorship

The creator and original author of the works, methodologies, and content associated with NeoRejuvenation is Antonio Moll.
The economic exploitation rights have been assigned to the Intellectual Property Owner, while any inalienable moral rights remain with the author in accordance with applicable law.

5. Terms of Use of the Website

Access to and use of the Website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as the Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Terms and Conditions of Contract published on the Website.

Users agree to use the Website lawfully, diligently, and in good faith, and to refrain from any use that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website, its systems, its security, its reputation, or the rights of the Intellectual Property Owner, the Operator, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the Website but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, technical issues, or errors, nor the continuous availability of the service.

Neither the Intellectual Property Owner nor the Operator shall be liable for the use made by users of the information or content on the Website for purposes other than those intended, nor for any damages arising from improper, unlawful, or negligent use.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 Intellectual and Industrial Property

Matters relating to the ownership, validity, protection, defense, and exploitation of intellectual and industrial property rights shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the parties submit to the competent courts of Singapore.

7.2 Website Operation and Services

Matters arising from access to the Website, its use, the contracting of services, the commercial relationship with the Operator, and any operational or service-related aspects shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the parties submit to the competent courts of Hong Kong.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the application of mandatory rules that may apply under private international law.
